Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, with tags attached for apparel, or safety seals intact for supplement tubs.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit to our distribution center.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
